Do you have a specific product?

All of our current products are available on our website (www.wrapsol.com). In the case that you do not see your device listed, it could be that we have not released our product for that device, or that we have discontinued it.

Does Wrapsol alter the functionality of touchscreen devices?

No, Wrapsol Ultra does not alter the sensitivity or responsiveness of touchscreens, and because the protective film is optically clear, it does not distort images or text. 

 

I have an older phone. Do you carry products for it?

Our website is constantly updated with our product offerings. We do remove products for devices that we no longer offer products for. If your phone is not listed on our website, it is possible that we have discontinued that product line. 

 

What is the difference between “wet” and “dry” applications?

A “wet” application uses a liquid solution to apply the film to your device. A “dry” application requires no solution, and is ready to be put on your device directly out of the box.

I’m having trouble installing my product. What can I do?

We have many instructional videos that will walk you through the process step by step. Please visit our support section for application videos and downloadable instructions. If you still have question, please feel free to email support@wrapsol.com. 

Will I need to cut or stretch the film to fit my device?

No. All Wrapsol products are designed to fit the device without the need for any cutting or stretching. 

Where can I find printable instructions for my product?

You can download instructions for installing our products from our support page, under print instructions. 

Where can I find printable instructions for my product?

For fingerprints: You can clean the adhesive side of the film using a small amount of water. 

For lint/debris: Use a piece of skotch tape on the lint/debri. This should pull it off and will not effect the adhesive on the Wrapsol film. 

Do you accept PayPal?

No. At this time we do not accept PayPal as a payment method. 

I have a promo code. Where can I enter it?

You can enter a promo code in the box provided at the bottom of your shopping cart. 

I did not receive a confirmation email?

It is possible that during the order process your email was entered incorrectly. All orders that are successfully placed will result in a conformation email being sent. Please email support@wrapsol.com with your first and last name to check on the status of your order. 

Is there sales tax for purchases made on Wrapsol.com?

Only residents of California and Massachusetts are subject to sales tax on purchases made at Wrapsol.com. 

Can I add an item to my order after is has been placed?

Orders cannot be changed once they have been submitted. Please carefully review your order before submitting it. 

I need to cancel my order. What should I do?

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled. You can email support@wrapsol.com if you need help cancelling an order that has not already been processed or shipped. 

When will my order ship?

Orders that are placed before 12pm EST ship the same business day. Orders placed after 12pm EST ship the next bsuiness day. Wrapsol does not process or ship any orders on the weekends, and all orders placed during this time will ship the first business day of the week. 

How can I tell if my order has been shipped?

As soon as your order has been processed you will receieve an email from the Wrapsol Shipping Department notifying you. This email will contain the tracking information for your order. 

Do you offer any other shipping methods besides FedEx?

At this time we only offer FedEx shipping as an option. 

The tracking information is not showing up for my order.

All tracking is handled directly by FedEx. Sometimes the information can be delayed in their systems. If you have a specific question regarding the tracking of your shipment, you should contact FedEx directly. 

Where can I get a discount code?

Our discount codes can be found in numerous places when they are active and available. The best way to be made aware of them are to follow Wrapsol on twitter, facebook or youtube

 

How long will it take for my order to arrive once it has been shipped?

All shipping times vary depending on which shipping option you choose and where you are located. You can use FedEx's shipping estimate calculator located on fedex.com to get an idea of how long it will take to get your product.  

I purchased my Wrapsol from Wrapsol.com and would like a refund.

If you don't agree that Wrapsol is the best product of its kind, you are welcome to return it within 30 days for a full refund. Simply visit out money back guarentee page to request a refund. 

I purchased my Wrapsol from a place other than Wrapsol.com and would like a refund.

Unforunately we do not offer a 30-day money back guarentee for any purchases made outside of Wrapsol.com. We do however still offer a lifetime replacement warranty for these purchases. 

Do I need to register to qualify for the lifetime warranty?

No registration is required. You are qualified for the lifetime warranty as long as you have purchased a Wrapsol product. 

How long does it take for a refund to be processed?

Refunds are processed as soon as the product is returned to our facility. Once we have initiated the refund, it usually takes 5-7 business days for it to show up on your statement. 

Is shipping included in the lifetime warranty?

No. The lifetime warranty only covers the cost of replacement the actual product. Any shipping cost for replacements are the responsibility of the customer. 

I don't have my receipt, can I still get a warranty replacement?

Yes, you can. Follow the instructions via the warranty page and select the option to "mail in" your receipt or films. You can then mail in your old films to complete the warranty process. 

I no longer have my order #. How can I get it?

You can get your order number by emailing support@wrapsol.com. Please include your full name and email address that was used for the order. 

My phone had to be replaced. Do I qualify for a warranty replacement?

As long as you still have the same device, yes you are allowed to request a warranty replacement. If you changed from "Device A" to "Device B", then you will need to purchase the correct product for "Device B".
